Thank you to those who made The Empty Chair a success!

Thank you to all who came on October 25th, 2018 to the The Empty Chair.

The Empty Chair is in memory of those we have lost to domestic violence.

It was an evening to raise support for My Sister's House. The event featured food, raffles and a silent auction. An enjoyable evening was had by all!

Special appreciation to  our keynote speaker, First Lady of North Carolina, Mrs. Kristin Cooper. Thank you!

Thank you Walkers, Sponsors and

Volunteers!

On Saturday, April 14th, 2018, participants put on high-heeled shoes as a symbolic gesture of walking in solidarity with women.  Men (women and children too) took a stand against sexual assault. They came together to let the community know that they care about women’s issues and are willing to not only “talk the talk, but also walk the walk”.
